Pricing

Bishops Wood Village Hall makes a wonderful venue for all types of occasions including weddings, christening, parties, events etc. Max capacity 120 Seated. 140 Standing.
£20 per hour* - Sunday - Thursday
£20 - £25 per hour* - Friday & Saturday
£580 - Wedding booking (hall hire includes Friday PM & Saturday & Sunday AM)
*minimum booking length applies and price dependant on type of booking.
There are discounts up to 25% for local residents and affiliated clubs/groups.

Registration

All booking requests require users to register with this site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and view any invoices you have been issued.

Selecting a booking group helps the system find appropriate time slots for this booking and estimate the price. Don't worry if you select the wrong group - your booking request will be reviewed and corrected by a member of staff if necessary.

Private function - standard booking

Select this option for all booking types eg. Private Functions, Parties, Christenings, Funerals. This will book a 6 hour slot. Except for Children's parties, Weddings, Caravan Club/Camps, Regular Users/Organisations.

Children's Party

use this booking for children's parties - this will book a 4 hour slot.

Wedding Package

Wedding package – to include Friday from midday, all day Saturday, and Sunday till 12 noon. Also to include use of kitchen, hire of crockery and cutlery. Bar tariff 3pm – 11.45 included.

Caravan club / Camp

if you are booking for the caravan club or camping.

Regular users / Organisations

use this to book if you are a regular use and/or an organisation that requires a slot for a meeting. Affiliated: WI, Rotary, School, Church, Neighbourhood Watch

Exercise Classes

for use to book a slot for your exercise class eg. Karate, Keep Fit etc
